Release the Week Yoga

Join us for this all-levels practice to let go of any tension and stress from the week. We'll start with a yin sequence to deeply stretch the body and slow the mind. Then we'll unite breath with movement in a fun vinyasa flow. This practice incorporates the best of both worlds and will leave you ready to enjoy the weekend!
