Mudra simply means "seal" and practictioners have used mudras in yoga and meditation for thousands of years to connect with and awaken the subtle energy body. We will discuss and explore several of these magical hand gestures while seated and in a few yoga poses, too, so that you will learn various approaches for everyday use.
