This special offering is designed for mamas-to-be to support and nurture our changing bodies. We will incorporate gentle movement and restorative stretches along with poses to strengthen and improve mobility in our birthing muscles. With a focus on connecting mind and body while bonding with our babies, we will practice breathwork for relaxation and to find our inner strength and calm. Prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to nurture your healthy, peaceful journey into motherhood.
