Let's gather and open our hearts in this 2-hour workshop designed to empower you to dive deeper into your yoga backbends. We will begin with a thorough warm up and yoga sequence to set you up for back-bending success, and then we will move with ease through a series of heart-opening postures.
Benefits include strengthening your back, chest, shoulders, abdominal muscles, and hips. You will also enjoy increased mobility, flexibility, and improved posture along with feelings of emotional wellness and an open, balanced heart chakra.
This is an all-levels practice and modifications will be offered. This workshop is not recommended for people with back pain or osteoporosis that worsens with back bends or for people working through spinal injury, or for pregant women.
