Let's kick off 2024 in a powerful way.  In this workshop we will get crafty to make "vision art" - an excellent tool to keep your intentions in front of you all year long. Our finished product will be framed so that you can place in your home or at work as a beautiful inspiration of all the wonderful things heading your way (and already here!)

Then we will enjoy an all-levels yoga practice where we will set the tone for manifesting exactly what we have envisioned for the new year. 

All materials included.  You are also welcome to bring anything you'd like to include in your vison art.
