Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for minutes at a time. In this class we will combine the still nature of the physical yin practice with mindfulness of breath and physical sensations. Props may be used to facilitate a comfortable stretch that can be held a length of time. It is recommended to bring your own blanket; studio bolsters, straps, and blocks will be available for use. Join us for an afternoon to stretch the body and focus the mind.
