Emotions that don’t get expressed properly get stored and trapped in the body.
When this happens, it has the ability to create illness and disease in the body. It can also cause you to overreact to some issues in life.
Emotional repression/suppression contributes to anxiety and depression.
In this workshop Shayleen will guide us on exactly how to process and release emotions. We will learn to free our mental/emotional space so that we can experience more flow in life. She will teach us to tap into our emotions to empower life decisions, and we will learn that it’s safe and useful to lean into emotional triggers for inner healing work.
Through this work, you will be able to strengthen trust in your intuition so you can become a powerful life creator.
